Virginia Commonwealth University is piloting a new method called Swift Futuring, which helps organizations quickly design and pursue bold cultural and climate goals within just a few years. Unlike traditional strategic plans that can take decades, this model uses collaboration, creativity, and rapid experimentation to keep teams adaptable and motivated. Through Vertically Integrated Projects, VCU students and faculty will test Swift Futuring in real-world settings, studying how it shapes lasting change across organizations.
