Join us in Atlanta, Georgia, from May 27–29, 2026, for a highly participatory event focused on peer-to-peer exchange. The Consortium annual meeting meeting is designed for current, emerging, and prospective VIP Program Directors, Coordinators, and institutional stakeholders.

The program kicks off with a specialized workshop for early-stage and prospective sites on the afternoon of Wednesday, May 27, followed by the main sessions on Thursday and Friday. Most meals are provided, and hotel costs will be covered for up to two guests per institution (provided registration and booking are completed by the deadline below).

The Program Committee invites proposals for presentations and interactive sessions that reflect the meeting’s hallmark focus on active participation. We encourage abstracts that facilitate breakout activities, peer-to-peer discussions, or collaborative problem-solving.

Selected presenters will often be grouped into thematic sessions and encouraged to develop their segments collaboratively. Please note that while site profiles and team spotlights follow a traditional format, preference is given to sessions that engage the audience.

The Consortium extends a special invitation for abstracts on:

• Accreditation —  This year, the Consortium is placing special emphasis on the role of accrediting bodies and their engagement with VIP programs. We welcome submissions that explore how VIP can align with accreditation standards (e.g., ABET, AACSB), serve as capstone experiences, or demonstrate learning

• Curriculum --- How VIP credits count toward degree requirements

• Program Assessment --- Program-level assessment, evaluation, or education research
• Consortium ---- Related to the VIP Consortium or collaborations between institutions.
