Self-Powered Health Monitoring System

Self-Powered Health Monitoring System

Goals

Build an integrated system for harvesting electrical energy from body heat as well as sensing/transmitting bio data to central processing units for continuous realtime health monitoring.

Issues Involved or Addressed

An integrated wearable bio sensor and transmitter selfpowered by body heat can play a crucial role in health monitoring for a wide range of ages and activities such as sports, elderly people, and patients in hospitals. The technique obtained from this project will also be expanded into supplying clean and sustainable power to operate various electronic devices such as smart watch, glasses, and smart phones.
